This page is the record of everything published for you on Instagram. It updates itself as posts go out — there is nothing to refresh and nothing to install.
Accounts covered — how many of the accounts got a reel that day, out of all of them. This is the one number worth watching: it counts accounts, not posts, so it cannot be inflated by one account posting twice. Reels and Stories are the totals beside it. Scheduled is what is still to come today. Posts that day is everything together.
One per day, with what went out on it. Click one to open that day. They are how you check a week at a glance without leaving this view — a thin day is visible immediately.
Every posting time for the day, in Belgrade time, with a tick against the ones that have gone. A slot marked due has not come round yet — it is not missing, it is not late, it simply has not happened. This is the section to check before asking whether something failed.
Today is one row per account with every post that went out, the picture, the caption and the time. Week puts the accounts down the side and the days across the top, which answers "did anything get missed" better than any single day can. Month is the same view pulled back further.
The picture is the frame captured on the phone at the moment it published — it is proof, not a preview made afterwards. The caption underneath is exactly what is live on Instagram. The link at the bottom opens that account; reels go to its Reels tab, stories to the profile, because a story is gone after 24 hours.
The dot in the corner: green means the phone went back and confirmed the post is on the profile. pink means it was sent but that confirmation did not come back — the post is almost certainly live, the check simply missed it. Click any card to see it larger with the full caption.
Active · Paused · Suspended · Review — yours to set, and it saves the moment you change it. It is a label your team owns: it records what you think about an account. It does not start or stop posting by itself, so marking one Suspended tells us to look, it does not silently switch it off.
The tab at the top right writes straight to the people running the accounts, and reaches them immediately — no email, no ticket, no account to create. Put your name, choose which account it concerns (or leave it general), and write. Use it for a caption that reads wrong, a clip that should not have gone out, or more of something that worked. You will not get a reply on this page; the reply comes the way you normally hear from us.
Everything here is read-only except the account status and Notes. The page has no account and no settings — the password is the only thing between it and the outside.
